So far I haven’t been consistent about it but I did find a piece of imagery popped up that was incredibly useful.

Many of the thoughts that pop up from monkey mind when meditating are inspirations for things to write or do that seem more focused on good healthy growth. So it’s hard to simply acknowledge and dismiss because it feels like I could lose something important.

During the meditation, however, there was this hand of light that appeared and would touch the thought or image and it felt. . . it’s hard to describe. It felt like the thought or image was blessed. So things that were simply distractions were released and things that felt as if they were a good inspiration felt blessed to grow and return when ready. It allowed me to enter into a very deep meditation with little distraction.

I really should commit to doing it every day. I’ll let you know what happens when I do.

Thanks again!
