Just got back from Malaysia where I discovered what they call Chom or “mixed” its coffee, tea, and sweetened milk and oh so delicious. I was somewhat surprised I didn’t have any jitters.
Hadn’t thought about an l-theanine component. I know it’s worked for several of my clients but I’ve been using other supplements for maintaining calm so I didn’t think of using it to capitalize on caffeine.
How do you feel the caffeine affects your sleep at night?
